Did you know that in the Constitution of the United States, if the President commits a crime the only thing that we can do to him by law is remove him from office?
Impeachment is a process in which the President will have to answer questions in a court of law and congress an a judge decide whather the grounds are enough to remove him from office.
Now, that does not mean that the crime will go unpunished...
Anybody, who serves under him that has been involved in this crime will be indicted, prosecuted, and charged under the full extent of the United States law system.
The idea is that the President has checks and balances on the orders that he gives and those orders are either challanged or followed, the executive office has a choice whether to following him or suggest a change.
The law and the Constitution of the United States will back you up if you will like to suggest a change due to a crime or an order to commit a crime. Because the President of the United States was sworn in to follow, protect, and defend the Constitution.
